What Meal Alerts does
Meal Alerts helps you schedule meal and snack reminders and can offer optional timing suggestions based on activity stored on your device.
Not medical or nutritional advice
The app is a general reminder tool. It does not provide medical, dietary or nutritional advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If meal timing is medically important, follow your clinician’s instructions and use an appropriate backup.
Reminder reliability
Notification delivery can be delayed or prevented by iOS settings, Focus modes, battery conditions, device availability or other factors outside our control. Do not rely on Meal Alerts for emergencies, medication, or other safety-critical timing.
Your use of the app
You may use Meal Alerts for personal, lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Ownership
Meal Alerts, its artwork, interface and related materials are owned by ASATWO Pty Ltd or its licensors. Your download gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app under these terms and the App Store rules.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change or discontinue features. We do not promise that the app will always be available or error-free.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without warranties. ASATWO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may end access where required by law or where these terms are materially breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable laws of Australia.
