Help with Meal Alerts

Let’s get it working

Last updated 25 August 2026

Email contact@asatwo.com and tell us what happened, your iPhone model and your iOS version. A screenshot helps too.

A reminder did not appear

  1. Open iPhone Settings, then Notifications, then Meal Alerts.
  2. Turn on Allow Notifications and choose the alert styles you want.
  3. Check whether a Focus mode or Scheduled Summary is holding the notification.
  4. Open Meal Alerts once after restarting your iPhone so it can refresh your routine.

The widget is blank or out of date

  1. Open Meal Alerts and check that at least one meal is enabled.
  2. Return to the Home or Lock Screen and wait a moment for iOS to refresh it.
  3. If it is still stale, remove the widget and add it again.

Confirming that you ate

Use the “Ate” button on a supported widget or open the app and tap “Eating now.” This helps clear the current reminder and improves future timing suggestions on your device.
